- 9Registered (7 February 2020) with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA): Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) (Registration number: 2019/604).
WHO WE ARE
The company specialises in the co-ordination and compilation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA’s) and Water Use Licence (WUL) applications, which includes the co-ordination of the public participation process and overall project management.
The company has built up a reputation of providing high quality environmental work addressing the needs of a wide range of clients (e.g. private developers, local municipalities, mining companies, farmers, etc).
Having been operational in the environmental field since 1999, the company has undertaken more than 300 Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) of various size and according to the following legislation:
- 9Environment Conservation Act, 1989;
- 9Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2006;
- 9Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2010;
- 9Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014;
- 9Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended);
- 9Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002.
And therefore has vast practical experience in conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (including public participation) for a variety of projects and clients. Many of our clients are repeat customers.
